The Dragons of Eden

Carl SaganFollowing astronomers and brain development and putting it together, I cannot waste the chance of recommending this book. I read The Dragons of Eden some years ago. It brought insight into the widely debated topic of the evolution of human intelligence. The author is the famous Carl Sagan, most known as a science communicator than an astronomer. It is quite interesting that Sagan kept insisting in venturing into speculation when he was already a recognized astronomer and astrophysicist. Why? Human intelligence would know, wouldn’t it?
